I absolutely loved the traditional decoration of the hotel. The cozy and charming atmosphere made me feel right at home. The common areas were easily accessible for senior people, with comfortable seating and easy navigation. It was a delight to relax and unwind in such a warm and inviting environment.

It would have been even better if the children of the staff were more attentive to the needs of senior guests. A little more assistance and consideration from the staff would have made the vacation truly perfect for us.

Location: the hotel was so close to a scenic valley, the train station and citycenter, and centre of village. There was café Backerei-Tea Room Marmotte, that I found within 5 minutes' walk of the property.

The hotel was homey, had magnificent views and excellent location close to train station and cable car up to Oeschinensee and the venue's restaurant and the lake. The room was cheap & immaculate, the bed was extremely comfy. The staff was very pleasant and pleasant at all times. Italian cuisine was served in the rustic restaurant. The breakfast was satisfactory, the check in was early. I had a such wonderful stay.

The guesthouse had stunning views, spacious rooms with balconies, and free transportation options. The owner provided helpful advice and even gave us passes for the cable cars. The staff was warm, welcoming, and provided excellent service.

The downstairs Pizzeria restaurant is a great option for a meal, offering fresh and delicious food made in their own pizza oven. The hotel is conveniently located close to the center, making it easy to explore the area and access supermarkets, cafés, and bakeries. it is very close to the Oeschinensee hike, providing a fantastic opportunity for outdoor exploration.

Some rooms without balconies can be small and lack sunlight.

I had a fantastic experience at Pension Spycher! The staff were warm and welcoming, and the room was spacious and had a beautiful balcony with stunning views of the Alps. They even provided fresh bottles of water daily, free of charge. I was impressed with the value for money, as breakfast was included and the location was perfect. The hotel restaurant had a varied menu and delicious meals, and the outside seating area was comfortable. I felt completely at ease and would highly recommend Pension Spycher to anyone.
